This film asks what it means to look at work ethic, college, loving in relationships, and to take it one day at a time.
I chose my little brother as the project's muse to show the contrast between a teenager and a baby. Seeing the whimsical, confident actions of a child, compared to the scared, apprehensive teenager seeking his purpose in love and photography.
The Moon is a metaphor for the impending rising tides of growing up, seeing humans as synonymous with the Moon in its control over the earth's waves. While sometimes killing people with tsunamis, it's the distant light that provides clarity toward where we're going.
